Here i am giving the link of a multifunctional(Multiboot) Bootable USB Creating tool.
With this tool we can make bootable USB of Windows 2000/XP/2003,
Windows Vista/7/8/Server 2008/RecoveryISO or any Linux Distro, or any other
ISO e.g. Hiren's BCD.
It’s the only one that works in any computer i tried, from old laptops to modern UEFI systems
It gives many functions to format USB as you desire, or to create partition into
USB.
there is lot of functions in this tools as:Bootice, Speed Test, FBInsy Tool,
grub4dos, create syslinux/Ext2F5,BartPE etc.
With this tool created Bootable USB can be tested under QEMU MODe (the built-in virtual environment tool).
 it is tested on these operating systems by me, working well.
OS: Windows XP, Vista(x32/x64), 7(x32/x64), 8(x32/x64)

There are lot of methods to make live win7, here is the easiest method, which deos not require AIK (Automated Installation Kit).

you need:
1- Win7 ISO or DVD
2- Make_PE3

install/extract "Make_PE3" to "C:\", ("C:\" the directory of installed win7).
open Make_PE3 folder and run "Make_PE3.exe" file.

under "windows 7 source" browse for your win7 DVD or mounted ISO.
now just click on "GO" button and wait a while,
after some minutes it will say for something, ignore it and close the program,

open the "C:\Make_PE3\win7pe_x86" here you will see a ISO file name"7pe_x86_E"
its  the "Live Windows 7 ISO" file.
you can make 32 or 64bit live version using above method.
Additionat:
to burn it on CD/DVD use any CD burning utility,
See the attached image.
Note: use MS untouched Windows 7 ISO, modified ISOs may casue problems.

GodMode(All Settings in One Place) has made it easy to access all options in one window, eliminating all the hassle of searching for files and options. GodMode is a trick that works on Windows Vista, 7 and 8. Alternatively. you can pin it to start menu or start screen or context menu.

Activate GodMode:
GodMode is not a plugin, or a software. To activate a GodMode shortcut, you just need to create a simple folder and rename it to a specific filename with a code.
Create a new folder anywhere on your desktop. Right click on your Desktop and create new folder.
Once created, rename the folder from ‘New Folder’ to this exact code;

GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

you can change it name instead of GODMODE. if you want just write what you want at the start, where GodMode is written.
